Join the Cincinnati Bengals, the American Heart Association, Cintas, and Kettering Health at Paycor Stadium on Thursday, September 26, 2024, to learn this simple yet vital lifesaving skill.

What is Hands-Only CPR?
Hands-Only CPR is a lifesaving skill that anyone can learn. It’s as simple as:
1. Call 911 if you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse.
2. Push hard and fast in the center of the chest.
Research shows that Hands-Only CPR can be equally effective as traditional CPR in the first few minutes of an emergency. Remember, Hands-Only CPR is a non-credentialed, straightforward method that anyone can perform.
Important Information for Participants
– What to Wear:
This is an outdoor event, so please wear comfortable clothing. You will be on the ground practicing CPR skills, which may involve working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting.
– Arrival:
Doors will open 20 minutes prior to your scheduled session time. Please arrive early to check in and get settled.
– Accessibility:
If you have any physical conditions that might prevent you from fully participating, please inform one of our instructors when you arrive. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Can Children Participate?
Children are welcome to attend, but please note that children under nine years old may not have the strength required to perform chest compressions effectively.
